Plans & limits

Your subscription sets your limits. The plans are Free, Lite, Pro, and Scale. This page lists what each one includes, so the rest of the docs can teach the app without stopping to explain a plan.

The Free plan costs $0 per month. It offers 3 templates, 500K monthly AI tokens, 500 MB of storage, and a 10 MB upload limit. Storage counts everything you keep in the app: case documents, generated files, note attachments, chat attachments and template sources. Files your teammates upload count toward the workspace owner's storage, and the owner's plan sets the limit. It does not support batch autofill.

The Lite plan costs $19 per month. It limits you to 15 templates, 2.5M tokens, 5 GB of storage, and 50 MB uploads. It does not include batch autofill.

The Pro plan costs $99 per month. It unlocks the dashboard, cases, map and calendar views, and email and Google Drive ingestion. It provides unlimited templates, 8M tokens, 50 GB of storage, and 250 MB uploads. It includes batch autofill.

The Scale plan costs $299 per month. It includes 15M tokens, 500 GB of storage, and 1 GB uploads. Annual billing covers ten monthly payments instead of twelve. Every upgrade starts the new plan with a 14-day free trial, once per plan per account: Free to any paid plan, Lite to Pro or Scale, and Pro to Scale. Your card stays on file, and the new plan bills automatically on day 15 unless you cancel first. When you move up from a paid plan, the unused part of that plan is credited on your next invoice.

Storage counts every file you upload or the app saves for you. When an upload would take you past your plan's storage cap, the upload is refused with a message that says so, and the app keeps what is already stored.

Free holds up to 3 templates and Lite holds 15. At the limit, the app prompts you to upgrade. Pro and Scale have no template limit.

Free and Lite are template-first. Each run saves as a temporary case for 14 days, and those cases are capped at 50 live runs per account. Temporary cases show an Expires warning with the date, and you view them in a read-only dashboard. The Test & Preview dialog shows a locked Fill from your last run row on Free and Lite. On Pro and Scale, editor runs create no case.

Each AI run has its own token ceiling, and each plan has a daily run allowance:

• Free: 100K tokens per autofill, 20 autofills per day.
• Lite: 500K tokens per autofill, 75 autofills per day.
• Pro: 2M tokens per autofill, 250 autofills per day.
• Scale: 5M tokens per autofill, 500 autofills per day.

Every run counts, including the ones that use no AI. A template whose fields are all static, and a re-run that reuses the extraction already stored on the case, both still produce a document and both still use one of the day's autofills.

When your monthly tokens and any pack balance are used up, the next AI action is refused with a message that says so: chat turns, autofill runs, extraction, template compiles, and automation ingestion all stop until you buy a token pack or the month resets on the 1st. A run that is already in progress finishes and is metered.

Anyone can author a Batch field, but running a batch needs batch access: included on Pro and Scale, not available on Free or Lite.

The full dashboard and permanent cases open on Pro. Before Pro, the dashboard shows a read-only showroom of your recent runs, and upgrading unlocks the real thing with those runs already in it. Every account gets one workspace; creating more requires Pro, and the sidebar shows Upgrade to create workspaces at the limit.

A teammate on a Pro or Scale plan can create an automation. Free and Lite show the automation drawer but require an upgrade to save one. The Gmail notification flow also requires Pro.

The Free and Lite plans include one seat. The Pro plan includes 2 seats. The Scale plan includes 10 seats. Active teammates and pending invites consume seats. Client portal users do not use seats. Extra seats cost $15 per month on Pro and $25 per month on Scale. Adding a teammate requires a Pro plan and an available seat.

The Usage section in Settings tracks your metrics. It displays AI tokens (this month) and your Pack balance. It also shows your Storage (total).

When you exhaust your allowance on a paid plan, click Buy 1M more tokens for $15. This tops up your balance. The Free plan does not offer token packs.

The Plan row in Settings lets you manage your billing tier. Click Start 14-day Lite trial (on Free) or Start 14-day Pro trial (on Lite) to move up; the new plan starts right away and bills on day 15 unless you cancel first. Click Manage billing to open your billing management portal. Click Downgrade to schedule a return to the Free plan at the end of your billing period. Downgrading never deletes your data.

The app sends welcome and receipt emails for Lite and Pro upgrades.
