Each time you generate a completed PDF from a template counts as one autofill. The token cost depends on the AI model you choose; the per-call cap protects you from one accidental expensive run nuking your monthly budget.
Your data is never deleted. If you downgrade from Pro to Lite or Free, you keep read access to existing cases and files; you're just limited on new autofills and lose the dashboard until you upgrade again.

Every upgrade starts with a 14-day free trial: Free to Lite, Pro, or Scale, Lite to Pro or Scale, and Pro to Scale. Your card stays on file, and the new plan bills automatically on day 15 unless you cancel first. Each paid plan can be trialed once per account. Cancel a trial you started from Free and you return to Free with all your work preserved (read-only on paid features). Decide against a higher plan before day 15 and you can switch back to your previous plan from Manage billing; the unused part of it is credited on your next invoice.
